Effective Date: November 1, 2025
These Terms & Services ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at dralermanmd.com (the "Site") operated by Dr Alerman MD Auto Warranty ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), as well as general information about our vehicle service contract marketing and enrollment services. By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or requesting information about extended auto warranty and vehicle protection plans, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Dr Alerman MD Auto Warranty provides educational content, plan comparisons, and enrollment assistance related to extended vehicle protection products, commonly referred to as auto warranties or vehicle service contracts. We are a marketing and customer-service organization. Unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement, we are not the direct obligor on any service contract. Coverage is typically administered and underwritten by third-party administrators and insurers identified in your individual contract documents.
Information on the Site—including sample pricing, feature lists, and benefit summaries—is illustrative only. Your actual contract terms, including covered components, exclusions, deductibles, waiting periods, claim procedures, and cancellation rights, are controlled exclusively by the service contract and any amendments issued to you at enrollment.
You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into transactions for vehicle-related services. When you submit inquiries, quote requests, or enrollment information, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details about yourself and your vehicle, including identification numbers, odometer readings, prior damage, modifications, commercial use, and existing coverage. Misrepresentation may result in denial of enrollment, voiding of coverage, or claim denial under your service contract.
The Site and contact forms are not designed for emergency roadside assistance or immediate mechanical dispatch. If you are in an unsafe location or require urgent help, contact local emergency services or your plan's dedicated roadside number as printed on your wallet card or contract—not through general website forms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may not:
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Quotes generated through the Site or via representatives are estimates subject to verification of vehicle condition and administrator underwriting rules. Enrollment becomes binding only when you accept a service contract, satisfy any required waiting period, and remit payment according to the payment schedule in your contract.
Monthly payment plans may require electronic funds transfer or card billing as disclosed during checkout. Late payments, chargebacks, or returned payments may cause lapse of coverage as defined in your contract. Paid-in-full discounts, if offered, apply only when stated in writing before purchase.
Most vehicle service contracts impose a waiting period after purchase during which certain claims are limited or excluded. Maintenance requirements—such as oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections—may be mandatory to keep coverage valid. Wear items (brakes pads, tires, wiper blades, clutch friction discs), cosmetic damage, pre-existing conditions, and failures caused by abuse, racing, or unapproved modifications are commonly excluded.
You are responsible for reading your schedule of coverage, definition section, and exclusion list before relying on any marketing summary on the Site.
When a mechanical breakdown occurs, you must notify the administrator using the procedure in your contract—typically before authorizing tear-down or major parts orders. Approved repair facilities must submit diagnostic information, photos, and labor guides as requested. We may assist in explaining steps but cannot override administrator determinations.
Benefits such as rental reimbursement, trip interruption, or roadside towing are subject to daily caps, mileage limits, and documentation requirements specified in your plan tier.
Transferability to a subsequent owner may be available for a fee if completed within the timeframe stated in your contract. Cancellation rights vary by contract type and applicable consumer regulations. Pro-rata refunds, if any, are calculated by the administrator according to the formula in your agreement minus claims paid and allowable fees. To request cancellation information, contact us through the Site's contact form with your contract ID.
The Site may reference independent repair facilities, finance partners, or educational resources. We do not control third-party websites or shop workmanship. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsements unless explicitly labeled.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
VEHICLE REPAIR COSTS VARY BY REGION, PARTS AVAILABILITY, AND LABOR RATES. SAMPLE PRICING ON THE SITE IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF PREMIUM AMOUNTS OR CLAIM OUTCOMES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DR ALERMAN MD AUTO WARRANTY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION HEREIN.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES RELATED TO SITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR MARKETING SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr Alerman MD Auto Warranty from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or inaccurate information provided during enrollment or claims support.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information submitted through forms, cookies, and analytics tools.
By submitting forms or subscribing to email updates, you consent to receive electronic communications from us regarding quotes, plan information, and service notices. Marketing messages include unsubscribe options consistent with our Unsubscribe Email page.
We may update these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top will reflect revisions. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to enrolled contracts, if any, are communicated through administrator notices—not solely through this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your service contract or, for Site-only disputes, the laws applicable to our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through customer support before pursuing formal dispute mechanisms allowed under consumer protection statutes.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the Contact Us form on dralermanmd.com. Please include sufficient detail for us to identify your inquiry category.
